Gary Palmer and his team were wonderful to work with. The first time my home was listed, I worked with a different agent. Although I received an offer, that agent was not able to close the deal. When I relisted in the spring with Gary, he put together a smart and thoughtful strategy and it made all the difference. This time, I received multiple offers and ultimately sold above asking price. Gary was exceptional throughout the entire process, from pricing to negotiations, and everything went smoothly through closing. Beyond being highly skilled, he is also a genuinely nice person. Gary IS the GOAT! He not only helped my husband and I purchase our first home, but he guided us through the sale as well when we unexpectedly had to move out of state. He kept us updated through every step of the process, reassured us with his experience and expertise in the field when the housing market became more unsteady this spring (2026). Gary also has a ton of community connections in the Charlottesville area. He got us an incredible deal with a local contractor, cleaning service, and more.
